Payment Options

You can also pay us by direct bank transfer into our SA bank account (also known as wire transfer, EFT or SWIFT transfer). If you pay into our SA account, you will be contracting with Q & J Vendors t/a Heritage Tours & Safaris (CC), a company registered in South Africa and member of SATSA.

Cancellation Policy

The following cancellation fees apply regardless of the reason for cancellation:

• 61 or more days pre-departure: 15% of full price
• 31-60 days pre-departure: 30% of full price
• 15-30 days pre-departure: 75% of full price
• 14 days or less pre-departure: 100% of full price
• If third party suppliers have stricter cancellation policies than ours, the third party cancellation policy will apply.

Privacy Policy

Heritage Tours &  Safaris is committed to protecting and respecting the privacy of our visitors and clients. We will never sell, trade or otherwise give away any information about our customers, except if required to do so by law.

Personal details and email addresses received through completing our online booking form are filed away securely and only used by Heritage Tours & Safaris in the process of arranging tours, making reservations, and communicating directly with our clients.

All credit card and banking transactions are handled with utmost confidentiality using secure methods of communication. Please do not send your credit card details to us by email as this is not secure. All transactions are processed in a secure third-party environment. We do not see or keep your credit card details. We actively fight chargebacks and credit card fraud and will co-operate fully with banks or investigating authorities in the event of suspected fraudulent activity.
