From the online booking that was made efficient and straightforward to Helen's excellent communication in assisting us with additional safaris.

On the morning of the safari Fred our Ranger for the day was already waiting for us, his warm welcome and enthusiasm set the tone for the remainder of the day which ultimately was near perfect. From the very first handshake, it was clear that the rangers at Heritage Tours & Safaris are deeply passionate about their work. Fred's patience and knowledge shone through at all times never mind the amount of questions or just how silly he took his time and always made sure that we got it.
An enormous thanks to this dedicated team at Heritage Tours & Safaris. We cannot wait until our adventure to South Africa.

A Marvelous day out in the Hluhluwe Imfolozi Park with Siya
Siya our guide for the day, was remarkable. His expertise was truly incredible, from his amazing understanding of the parks ecostystem, animal behavior as well as all of the wonderful details regarding both large and small animals was bewildering.
This ultimately transformed our tour into an educational and inspiring safari. He explained the various tracks on the gravel roads to us, pointed out the smallest movements in the bush and ofcourse shared alot of lovely stories about the wildlife within this park to us.
His ability to share all of this and keep us engaged at all times. This truly was a memorable and meaningful day out with Siya.

It was so much more than just a Safari thanks Siya you Rock
Thank's to Siya's amazing ability with what can only be described as eagle eyes. We were lucky enough to spot a Leopard resting in the shade. This incredibly rare and breathtaking sighting will remain with us for a lifetime. We were also lucky enough to see Rhinos, Buffalo, Elephants and an array of antelope while out in the Hluhluwe Imfolozi Park. Each and every sighting felt personal and special, it almost felt as if we were experiencing this magic with our own eyes of someone who genuinely loves and respects this park
The park is a true natural wilderness, vast and lush. It felt as if it just carried on into the yonder. Each turn or bend offered us something new and exciting. The food was beyond our expectations being out in the bush. Breakfast included delicious fresh sandwiches, snacks, drinks and coffee and tea. All of this was wonderfully prepared and thoughtfully presented. The serenity and untouched beauty of this park served as a powerful reminder just why such parks need to protected for all.
Yet another highlight of the day had to be the BBQ stop for lunchtime. Siya quickly had us at a shaded area at the picnic spot. My husband was astonished at just how quickly he was able to get the fire ready and the next moment Siya had already set the table. Once again this was tastefully and thoughtfully done. We were particularly impressed that no single-use plastic was used at any point during the course of any meals, which perfectly reflects Heritage Tours & Safaris deep commitment to sustainability and environmental awareness.
Beyond the incredible guiding, comfortable vehicle, breathtaking scenery it was very clear that the company is deeply committed to high standars of service and conservation. Knowing that this company was so committed made our day even more rewarding. This has to be one of the very Best Eco-Friendly Safari companies in KwaZulu Natal. It is no wonder that this company is ranked No1 on TripAdvisor, every detail from their passion and amazing guides showcases their dedication in providing outstanding and responsible safaris. Lovely Hluhluwe Game Drive with Xolani
Thank you so much to Heritage Tours & Safaris, we had a really rewarding experience on our game drive. The price incuded gate fees and a delicious breakfast.
It was my husbands Birthday and the extra surprise of champagne and cupcakes was a really lovely touch. Our guide, Xolani, what a lovely man. He was so knowledgeble and informative.
We have done other game drives in this area before but it was our first time with Heritage tours. Highly recommended!
