Last week proved to be magnificent with the Big 5 witnessed in less than 3 hours while in the Hluhluwe Umfolozi Game Reserve, Stacey one of our rangers was thrilled to have had such a awesome day and with such delightful clients we are sure that they will never forget their safari to the Park.

The rainy season is slowly coming to a close and one must remain close to the water sources within the reserve for great sightings.

Yesterday’s boat safari on the St Lucia Estuary offered clients such a close encounter with a Fish Eagle and its lunch that clients could actually here the Eagle scalling the fish. A magnificent experience while in St Lucia.

The Leopard that has unfortunately lost its paw while in some type of trap was once again spotted while on a night drive, the authourities have been notified and we will keep you informed as to what lies ahead for this injured creature.

Marc from Ezemvello KZN Wildlife was bitten by a Mamba has been released from Hospital, he is feeling a lot better and we hope all go’s well.
